Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro. We also accept payment by ShopPay, ApplePay and Googlepay. Further you can pay via Bank Transfer, Bill, EPS, Klarna Pay Later, Ideal and Bancontact.  If you decide to use either of these  methods, you’ll be taken to the website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

You see that we accept almost every payment method and you are free to take whatever fits best for you.

Is the Payment secure?

We do only offer secure and trustworthy payment methods and guarantee that your money is in safe hands!

All Transfers are made with the highest data protection standarts and their protection is secure!

Ordering and delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders that have to be delivered within Germany require a delivery time of 1 to 4 workdays. However, the delivery time can be delayed by the parcel service or other circumstances. 

Orders that have to be delivered within Europe require a regular delivery time of 3 to 10 workdays but this time may differ because of custom clearance or other influencing factors so that it is possible that the order can take up to 20 days in rare exceptional cases. 

 

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@occo-designs.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

What countries do you ship to?

We provide worldwide shipping with express delivery and try to be as fast as possible. We ship from germany and our parcels will be delivered worldwide via planes, ships and cars. Our biggest goal is to satisfy our customers and make them happy. Therefore we provide the fastest delivery and work hand in hand with Deutsche Post and DHL.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the country where it’s being delivered.

For orders from Germany the shipping is free and there are no costs for our customers.

For worldwide orders that have to be delivered to all countrys except Germany the shipping costs are only 1,99€

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. If you do not like the pruduct you ordered, we do offer exchanges so you can send us back your product and get a other one instead. For a return or exchange please contact us via mail at info@occo-designs.com

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via info@occo-designs.com if you want to return your order.  Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, you can easily send back the order to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging and shipping when returning an item.
